Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery time is 2-7 days. However, this may vary due to factors such as high order volumes, peak seasons, or delays beyond our control, such as those caused by our suppliers.

Shipping Locations

We ship globally and will process your order within 24 business hours. You will receive an email notification once your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Yes, every package we send is trackable. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Packaging

We take care to pack all orders using environmentally friendly materials, ensuring your items are well-protected with air-locked and padded envelopes.

VAT and Duties

Import duties and taxes may apply once your order reaches the destination country. Any fees incurred for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot provide information on these costs, as they are determined by local customs authorities.

Returning Damaged Products

If you need to return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to avoid any damage during transit.

Uncollected Orders

For customers in Sweden: Your order will be held at the service point for up to 14 days. If it is not collected, the package will be returned to our offices, and a fee of 150 SEK will be applied. If you contact us to reclaim your order, the fee will be reduced to 49 SEK to cover shipping.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items. Please complete our return form and include it with the returned goods. Refunds will be processed within seven working days and will be issued using the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We apologize for any issues with your order. Please email us at hello@oysoys.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will take care of it for you.
