SHIPPING
We have a delivery time of 2-7 business days in the Nordic region. Approx. 10 business days outside the Nordic region.
If a situation arises where the ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Any price changes that occur after an order will not affect your price.
RETURNES
According to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from the day they receive their order.
If you wish to return a product for a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service within this period.
When returning a product, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned in good condition. The product should be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Any product information, certificates or included materials must also be included.
Please use the original package, box or envelope when returning the product, and make sure the item is well protected during shipping. We recommend using the same packaging that was used when the item was delivered to you.
Clearly mark the return with OYS AB and include a note with your order number and name.

Refunds on received, approved returns will be made within 30 days. NOTE! You will always be charged with 49 SEK when returning products.
NOTICE OF DEFECTS
According to Swedish law, consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to three years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect. Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products.
OYS AB reserves the right to, first and foremost, remedy the error. Secondarily, we would redelivery the product. If neither is possible, we will issue a refund.

OYS AB will make an assessment once we have received the item you have returned to us. We will then contact you to resolve the matter. After we receive the returned item, we will process the case within 30 days.
In the event of a dispute, we comply with all decisions issued by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
