    STORAGE

    Store your jewelry in a soft bag or dustbag to avoid scratches and damage. Placing the jewelry in individual compartments with soft lining is always preferable.
    Avoid direct contact with perfumes, soaps and other scented products to preserve the jewelry's original color. Should they come into contact with any of this, we recommend rinsing the jewelry carefully with warm water and then drying it with a soft cloth. Never pull on chains and store your chains in loops to avoid damage.


    AFTER USE

    After use, gently wipe each piece of jewelry with a soft cloth to remove any makeup residue or oils from your skin.


    CARE OF PEARLS AND PRECIOUS STONES

    Freshwater pearls do best when they get a little extra love and care. Feel free to wipe the pearls after use with a damp cloth so that they retain their luster, but keep the pearls away from degreasing agents such as washing-up liquid as this can damage the pearls. Regarding storage, we recommend putting them in something soft separately from other jewellery, but not in cotton as this can dry out the pearls.

    Pearls can be cleaned with a soft polishing cloth to remove dirt.
    Precious stones may also need to be cleaned, in which case we recommend that this be done with a soft toothbrush and warm water. Avoid chemicals.


    GOLD PLATED JEWELRY

    Has your former gold-plated jewelry lost its luster? Don't worry, it's not unusual. This can be due to several different factors, for example if you wear a ring daily it will inevitably be subjected to various stresses, especially on the underside where it can be hit against surfaces. The jewelry can also be exposed to various substances in everyday life that cause them to lose their shine, such as dirt, exhaust gases, grease, beauty products and liquids. Therefore, it is important to treat your gold-plated jewelry carefully to avoid the plating ring wearing down over time. We have collected our best tips for preserving the gold plating.

    Avoid contact with water and chemicals, such as perfume, chlorine, lotion and hairspray. These substances can damage the surface layer of your jewelry and lead to discoloration. Gold-plated jewelry can react with other metals, so it is absolutely best to store it separately from other jewelry to avoid unwanted chemical reactions.

    SHIPPING

    We have a delivery time of 2-7 business days in the Nordic region. Approx. 10 business days outside the Nordic region.

    If a situation arises where the ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Any price changes that occur after an order will not affect your price.

    RETURNS

    According to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, customers always have 30 days to cancel a purchase. Please contact our customer service if, during that time, you want to return the product for a refund, or exchange it for something else.

    Whenever you return a product, you will be responsible for any damages to it. This is why it’s very important that you return it in the undamaged original packaging. Any product information or manuals must also be included. Please use the original package/box/envelope to return the product. Protect the product well for return shipment. We recommend that you use the same package/box/envelope that was used to send the item to you.

    Mark the return clearly with OYS AB and be sure to add a note that includes your order number and name. Then, send the package to:

    Refunds on received, approved returns will be made within 30 days. NOTE! You will always be charged with 49 SEK when returning products.

    NOTICE OF DEFECTS

    According to Swedish law, consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to three years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect. Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products.

    OYS AB reserves the right to, first and foremost, remedy the error. Secondarily, we would redelivery the product. If neither is possible, we will issue a refund.

    OYS AB will make an assessment once we have received the item you have returned to us. We will then contact you to resolve the matter. After we receive the returned item, we will process the case within 30 days.
